By accessing or using Luume, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Service Description

Luume provides a mobile application that allows you to interact with various AI models from multiple providers through a unified interface. The service requires an account and may include free and paid tiers.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account or use the service for any unlawful purpose. You must be at least 13 years old to use Luume.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Luume to:

  • Generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
  • Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the application
  • Use the service to compete with Luume or build a competing product
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

4. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by AI models through Luume is provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy or completeness. You are responsible for verifying any information before relying on it. AI responses may contain errors or inaccuracies.

5. Intellectual Property

The Luume application, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Luume. Content you create through conversations remains yours, subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luume shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We will notify you of any material changes to these terms and require your explicit acceptance before you can continue using the service. Continued use after notice of non-material changes (corrections, clarifications) constitutes acceptance of those changes.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
